PP Melt-Blown Filter
Convention Technical Data
PP melt-blown filter is a filter medium made from non-toxic and tasteless PP particles by heating & melting, spraying, towing and shaping. It has pore-uniformed, deep filtering structure, and with high filtering efficiency, acid and base resisted characteristics. It can effectively remove suspended matters, particles and rusts in liquids.
If it is made from PP particle which is called PP melt-blown filter, of course, there are some other materials for selection, PP melt-blown filter is largely not only used in water purification, but also in other chemical industry thanks for its excellent chemical compatibility, e.g.: strong acid, strong base and organic solvent filtration.

String-Wound Filter
String-wound filter is a deep filtration elements for low viscosity, low impurities liquid filtration, it is made from textile fiber line, mainly polypropylene and cotton wool line, by twining it on PP or SS inner core. It can effectively remove suspended matters, particles and rusts in liquids.

Pleated Filtered Elements
PP pleated filter cartridge is made from extra-fine PP fiber membrane, with its stable filter rating, high dirt-hold capacity, large effective filtering area, it can remove micron particles and gel matters, its filtering effectiveness can be as high as 99.8%. for other filtering purpose, the material for making pleated filter cartridge for selection can be: stainless steel screen, sintered screen, PTFE, PES, Nylon, etc.
