Hydraulic oil filter is installed in hydraulic system to remove solid particles and colloid substance in oil, and other solid impurities mixed into from outside and produced inside in types of oil lines. It can effectively control the degree of pollution of oil, protect mechanical equipment from wearing, which is essential part in various media-transported pipeline systems.
Hydraulic oil filter mainly installed in hydraulic systems, e.g.: suction line (inlet line), pressure oil line, oil return line, by-pass line and other independent oil filtering system.

Maintenance Method
- Before hydraulic oil filters change-outs, you are suggested to drain out the existing hydraulic oil, inspect oil return filter, oil sucking filter, pilot filter on which you should check whether adhere iron scurf or copper scale, this may indicate hydraulic element breakdown. Cleaning system after removing this breakdown.
- You are suggested to exchange all hydraulic oil filter including oil return filter, oil sucking filter and pilot filter. Otherwise it equals no exchange.
- Use the same model hydraulic oil consistently, since it would produce floccule if different models, different brands hydraulic oil mixed together.
- Before oil filling you are suggested to install oil sucking filter in advance, since the line where oil sucking filter locates leads to main pump to which if impurities go, it would cause pump wearing.
- Filling oil to standard scale, please note content gauge.
Air emission after oil filling, the method is to loosen line connection on top pump.
