3F® PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge is our standard series filter cartridge, it is fused and inter-wined polypropylene fiber without any use of chemicals or glue. The fibers are bonded randomly to form 3-D micro-porosity in three progressive layers. There are fine fibers for efficient particle removal and coarse fibers for the strength of the structure. Changing fiber size and density creates corresponding removal rating, with lower density around the outer layer and tighter layers inside, it is able to remove contaminants effectively, such as suspended substances, particulates and rust, offer you efficient filtration and longer service life filter.
