5 Micron High Flow Rating Activated Carbon Felt Filter Cartridge for drinking water filtration
3F® CC series activated carbon felt filter cartridge provides an economic filtering solution for drinking water purification, as well as general-purpose water and air filtration. Which is made of wrap-around carbon fiber felt (a type of non-woven fabric impregnated by coconut shell carbon).
Compared with traditional carbon block production process, like extruded activated carbon, activated carbon felt filter cartridge is more effective visible to the naked eyes in removing fine sediment, residual chlorine, odor, etc. meanwhile effectively preserves many vital minerals. Since without using any adhesive for the filter element, it can keep high flow rate longer than extruded carbon block, normally you only need to change a new one every 3-6 months based on your local tap water quality.
