Twisted and baked glass fiber media string wound filter used for chemical filtration

3F’s glass fiber string wound filter is designed technically for chemical filtration, such as PET fusant, PU, UPR, etching solution, etc. in order to meet these special chemical filtration demands, all our glass fiber material is baked at first, to remove moisture inside, then twisted and weaved into threads before wound into a filter element.

This two extra processing steps make the filter element a. form gradient inner structure which increase its pollutant-holding capability as well as flow rate, b. decrease its fiber dropping possibly, in some fine chemistry field, outcome product could also be possibly contaminated by filter media fiber dropping or separate out. So 3F add this two extra steps to make the filter element be more suitable for chemical filtration use.
